Toastmasters is a family where individuals are able to improve their speaking and leadership skills in a nonjudgemental environment. Joining me in this episode are Troy Rand, Oris Martin and Samantha Inguanzo. Troy joined Toastmasters at approximately the same time I did, which was Fall 2021. Samantha joined Toastmasters during college, became a Distinguished Toastmaster and continues on today five years later. Oris stumbled into Toastmasters accidentally when it was offered at her place of work. Now 12 years later, she is a Distinguished Toastmaster and an Area Director.
