Andrea Hoffer experienced an evolution over time as she first started a franchise, Massage Envy, grew that business and ultimately sold it when she determined it wasn’t her passion. As she was coming to this realization, she started aha! Business Consulting, which later evolved into aha! Recruiting Experts. Today, her company works with small to medium businesses in the $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 range to recruit quality talent.
What is her next evolution of building a business? Earlier this year, she brought out her book, Hire Higher, and she will be starting a 2nd business focused on larger companies in the recruiting space and running a 3rd business promoting that franchise across the United States. She truly walks the walk and talks the talk.
