I’ve been listening for the last few days to the audible version of Plant Paradox, by Dr. Steven Gundry. I love reading new books that challenge me in new ways concerning my health. I want the best chance for success in health! This book in some ways confirms what I already know about the U.S. food industry and in other ways it expands the ideas even further. While I haven’t fully researched everything that’s being said by Dr. Gundry, it has sparked some new questions.

My health is a very important factor in my life and I always look for new ways to improve it. This book calls into question even more potential health risks that we encounter on a daily basis. It’s critical for me to do my own research to verify the information and determine what works for me.

What do you do to level up your health? Are you concerned with what you are eating? Do you stay away from BPA? Do you look at what chemicals are in some of your everyday products? Some items that are outlawed in other countries are still legal in this country.

I’m not going to tell you what is best for your health, but I do suggest you do your own reading and research and learn what you are putting into your body. Why am I discussing this as a business coach? If I’m not feeling my best then that affects everything else that I do in business and in life. Why wouldn’t I want to give myself the best chance for success in health?
